4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With business clients: End customer feedback submitted via a Sentiment Gate is shared with the business that operates that gate.
• With AI providers: Review text may be processed by Google Gemini to generate response suggestions. No personally identifiable information is included in AI prompts.

We retain end customer feedback data for as long as the associated business client account remains active. Upon account termination, data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law. Business clients may request deletion of specific records at any time through the dashboard.
